I started following FDR in 2012 and have been addicted ever since. Besides FDR, I like listening to other podcasts like Huberman Lab (Andrew Huberman), Modern Wisdom (Chris Williamson), the Tom Woods show, and a bunch of others. Physical activity is very important to me – I started doing CrossFit in May 2023, which has been a lot of fun, and I also like going on long walks/hikes, playing volleyball, and occasionally indoor rock climbing. Last but not least, I’ve lived in the NYC area my whole life until 2021, when I moved to Texas for the freedom, lower cost of living, and milder winters.
